Return & Refund Policy

At Printeesweet, most of the products we create are custom decorated, printed, embroidered, engraved, or personalized specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our work, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom products unless there is a production error or product defect.

We want every customer to be happy with their order, and we will always do our best to make things right when an issue is caused by our production process.

Custom Products

All custom printed, embroidered, engraved, UV printed, DTF printed, laser etched, personalized, or made-to-order products are final sale once approved and produced.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Custom apparel
Fundraising apparel
Embroidered items
Hats and patches
Signs, banners, stickers, and decals
Personalized gifts
Laser engraved or UV printed products
Custom candy bar wrappers or personalized candy products
Special order items

Because these items are made specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to sizing, color preference, design choice, or change of mind.

Order Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all details before approving an order, including:

Spelling
Names
Dates
Artwork
Logo placement
Garment style
Product color
Sizes
Quantities

Once an order or proof has been approved, Printeesweet is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved artwork or order details.

Sizing

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing on custom products.

Sizing can vary between brands, styles, and manufacturers. Customers are responsible for reviewing available size charts and selecting the correct size before placing an order.

For fundraising stores, school stores, team stores, and group orders, each order is produced specifically for the customer who placed it. These items are not stocked inventory and cannot be exchanged for a different size.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered due to a Printeesweet production error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We may ask for photos of the item so we can review the issue.

If we confirm that the issue was caused by a production error, we may, at our discretion:

Replace the item
Repair or correct the item when possible
Offer store credit
Issue a refund for the affected item

Printeesweet reserves the right to determine the best resolution based on the specific situation.

Color Disclaimer

We do our best to represent product colors, ink colors, thread colors, and artwork as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently on screens, monitors, phones, and tablets.

Slight color variations between digital proofs and finished products are not considered defects.

Product Availability and Substitutions

Occasionally, a product, color, or size may become unavailable from our suppliers after an order is placed. If this happens, we may contact you with replacement options.

For group, school, and fundraising orders, comparable substitutions may be used when necessary to complete an order, especially when supplier inventory changes unexpectedly.

Cancellations

Because custom orders often move quickly into artwork preparation, ordering, setup, or production, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Orders may only be canceled if production has not started and materials have not been ordered. Once blank goods, supplies, artwork setup, or production work has begun, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Fundraising Store Orders

Orders placed through online fundraising stores, team stores, school stores, or group stores are custom made after the store closes.

These orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless there is a confirmed production error or defective item.

Please carefully review all sizes, colors, quantities, personalization, and order details before submitting your order.

Shipping Issues

Printeesweet is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
